Flower Dome and Cloud Dome

On Saturday, August 17th, I met my high school teacher from Indonesia, I know him as before I was with him when I go for a robotic competition in Singapore several years ago. For some purpose, he came to Singapore for 2 days and then when he is free, he ask some of his student to meet him, especially alumni from SMAK 1 BPK PENABUR Jakarta, my Senior High School. He ask me to come to Marina Garden by The Bay, I feel so excited because that place is so nice with a lot of plants and fresh air. Then, I came and having lunch, talking together with him and another senior alumni of my school. After that, he told us to go to the domes.

These is some of my photos in Flower Dome. So many beautiful flowers in the Flower Dome, I really love it, it's so nice to look at and also nice to take photo of it.

G-Max

Last week my friends and I went to Clarke Quay, our intention to go there is to play G-Max that my friend really want to try it. When I arrived there and see that thing like thrown away to the sky, I was like "I will never ride it." I'm a bit scared of those kind of things, but sometimes I think that I should try it and resist my fearness.

David Hockney

As my 2D fundamentals class was talking about David Hockney Joiners, I interested in some of his creation. Actually I don't understand how can he made it, but it's really cool. I'll talk a bit about him. He is one of the most influential artist in the twentieth centuries, he was born in 1937 in England. He became popular during the 1960's as he helped as an usher in the Pop Art movement, and these day, he is once again helping bring in a new art movement especially in the digital art.

This is one of his most famous Joiners of American Highway, made out from thousands photos that he took.

Milan Cathedral

From the 1st August, my family go to Europe for a trip and I am left here for study, I really want to go with them because I never been to Europe once. On Sunday, my brother sent me some photos of Milan Cathedral, and its a really beautiful building.

The fifth largest cathedral in the world with a nice architecture in it, dedicated to Santa Maria Nascente (Saint Mary Nascent), the seat of the Archbishop of Milan, currently Cardinal Angelo Scola.

The construction began in 1386 by Archbishop Antonio da Saluzzo, it took about six centuries to complete this Gothic cathedral. The Cathedral can fit around 40.000 peoples in it, made by bricks with candoglia marbles, and also contain a lot of monuments and artworks.

Great Car at Grand Hyatt Singapore

A great luxurious sport car that I came across at Grand Hyatt Hotel , Lotus Elise, British manufactured car. I think this car has a great design with the curvy body. Hope I can have 1 someday :D

Last Wednesday, July 31st, I went to vivo city mall for refreshing. I don't have any class every Wednesday, so I decided to go to vivo and I found interesting statue which can move like a real athlete.

I found this statue at the top level of vivo city mall, this statue can move up and turn within the bar and its similar with gymnastic athlete.
